Welcome: Typical Costa Rican Cocktail - PURA VIDA Experience
his typical Costa Rican welcome cocktail will immerse attendees in the warmth and hospitality of Costa Rica, where culture blends with gastronomy, music, and atmosphere to create a unique "Pura Vida" experience. We will offer traditional foods such as mini chifrijos and ceviches; canapés with local ingredients like pejibaye, ripe plantain, and Turrialba cheese; and typical bite-sized desserts like tres leches, cajetas, and buñuelos. These will be accompanied by drinks such as tropical cocktails made with local liquors like Cacique guaro, Costa Rican rum, or iced coffee with liquor, as well as national beer. Alcohol-free options, such as natural beverages made from cas, tamarind, or passion fruit, will also be available. Additionally, we will enjoy a welcome with cimarrona and mascaradas, a joyful tradition with music and colorful characters. There will also be a folk-dance show featuring typical costumes, with optional participation from attendees.
"Strike de Conexiones" - Intergenerational Meeting at the Bowling Alley - Youth Night
This event offers a unique opportunity for young professionals and seasoned experts to connect in a relaxed and dynamic environment. Through a night of bowling, national beer, and snacks, attendees will have the chance to exchange experiences, advice, and perspectives in a space of camaraderie and informal networking. Upon arrival, each participant will be assigned to a team composed of both young professionals and seniors. Between rounds, questions or challenges will be posed to spark conversation and encourage the exchange of experiences. At the end of the night, the team with the highest score will receive a prize, and there will be special recognition for the "Best Mentor" and the "Best Learner", based on outstanding intergenerational interactions. Dress code: Casual and comfortable to enjoy the experience. A night to learn, share, and create connections that transcend generations, all with the best atmosphere and Costa Rican spirit!
"Retro Night: A Journey Through Time"
In this activity, conference attendees will travel back to the golden decades of music, fashion, and fun. Retro Night will transform the venue into a vibrant setting with the best hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, inviting everyone to relax, enjoy, and connect in an atmosphere full of nostalgia and energy. The night will feature a dance floor illuminated with special effects in the style of classic discos, along with a lively dance competition that will award prizes for the best moves from each decade. A themed photobooth will be available with iconic accessories such as oversized glasses, vinyl records, leather jackets, and wigs, providing perfect souvenirs of the evening. In addition, teams will take part in a fun "Retro Trivia" game, answering questions about pop culture, cinema, and music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
Closing Dinner: Rhythm, Flavor, and Joy of the Costa Rican Caribbean
Immerse yourself in the magic of Costa Rica's Caribbean with an evening full of color, music, and tradition. The Caribbean Night will transport attendees to the vibrant Atlantic coast, where calypso, exotic flavors, and traditional dances come together to offer an authentic and immersive experience.
We will welcome attendees with a tropical cocktail (piña colada, coconut mojito, or sapo water drink). The meal will include typical dishes such as rice and beans, patí, and coconut-based desserts with exotic aromas. A dance zone with Caribbean rhythms will allow attendees to learn some basic steps of soca, reggae, and calypso. The night will end with a DJ playing modern rhythms.
